We keep your data for as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the applicable legal periods. If you only requested information and do not subscribe, we will delete it when it is no longer necessary.
We do not transfer your data to third parties, except where legally required. We may use providers acting as data processors (hosting, email, forms), with whom we maintain the contracts required by the GDPR. Some providers may be located outside the EEA with appropriate safeguards.
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to informacion@qsacontrol.com, stating the right you wish to exercise. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Spain, the Spanish Data Protection Agency, www.aepd.es).
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Within the platform, each customer’s data is isolated through database-level security (RLS).
